Privacy notice
This notice explains what information Darts Matchplay collects when you enter, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and home postcode.
- Your match results during the competition.
- Payment confirmation from Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
How we use it
- To run the competition: placing you in a region and a group of nearby players, making the draws, and emailing you about your matches.
- To arrange matches: with your agreement, we share your name, phone number and email only with the players you’re drawn against.
- Public pages: draws, group tables and results show your name and region only. Your postcode, phone number and email are never shown publicly.
Who else handles your information
- Stripe processes your payment.
- postcodes.io checks your postcode is valid and gives its approximate location, so we can group nearby players.
- Our web host stores the website and its database.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details until the competition ends, plus 12 months in case of questions. After that, only your name and results are kept, for the competition’s history.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email info@dartsmatchplay.com. If you withdraw from the competition, we’ll stop sharing your details with other players.
